Golden Rock House is a business offering modern living spaces suitable for long-term rentals, located in the heart of Ankara between Kızılay and Tunalı. This unique location, reflecting the city’s dynamism, was designed with the vision of providing a safe, high-quality, and organized living space for everyone due to educational, health, work, and life needs.
It caters to a wide range of users, from course students participating in educational programs to families in Ankara for hospital procedures, to individuals and companies coming to Ankara for work, meetings, project development, or operational activities, and those needing rentals for 100 days or more. At Golden Rock House, our priority is to provide a regular living space where everyone coming to the city can feel comfortable and safe.
Our location is right in the center of Kızılay and Tunalı, in the Tunalı Hilmi Caddesi, Tunus Caddesi, Konur and Karanfil Sokakları, and Olgunlar Caddesi area. Its proximity to educational institutions, hospitals, social life areas, and transportation hubs provides our users with great convenience in their daily lives.
